Privacy policy

Shake Outreach is a service of Shakeapp Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Shake Outreach at myleads.shakeapp.today, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, write to contact@shakeapp.today.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form by our login provider), or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
- What you ask us to research: the websites you paste, any notes you add to refine a search, and the cities or places where you look for leads.
- Results we create for you: customer types, draft emails, lead lists and hot-lead matches.
- Usage and billing: credits used, leads found, emails sent, your plan, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Gmail connection (only if you connect it): your Gmail address and a token that lets us send email on your behalf. See "Google user data" below.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and request times, used to keep the service secure and working.
Business contact data we find
To build lead lists, Shake Outreach gathers business information that is publicly available, such as business names, websites, public business email addresses, phone numbers and addresses from maps listings and company websites, and public posts on social platforms. We only use this information to show it to the customer who searched for it. If you are a business or person who appears in our results and want to be removed, email contact@shakeapp.today and we will remove you.
How we use information
- To run the service: analyze websites, find leads, write emails, and send them when you ask us to.
- To manage your account, credits and subscription.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To answer your messages and send important notices about your account.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to show you ads.
Google user data
If you connect Gmail, we ask Google only for permission to send email on your behalf (the gmail.send scope) and to see your Gmail address. We cannot read, search, delete or manage the emails in your inbox.
- We use this access only to send the emails you review and choose to send from Shake Outreach, one message per recipient.
- We store the access token encrypted, and use it for nothing else.
- We do not use Google user data to train AI models, for advertising, or sell or share it with anyone, except as needed to send your emails or as required by law.
- You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps), or by writing to us.
Shake Outreach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Services we rely on
We share only what is needed with providers that help us run Shake Outreach:
- Supabase (accounts and login)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Anthropic (AI that analyzes websites and writes emails)
- Apify and OpenStreetMap services (finding public business and social data)
- Stripe (payments)
- Google (Gmail sending, if you connect it)
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Past searches are saved in your own browser and you can clear them anytime. When you delete your account, we delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your name and password in your profile, disconnect Gmail, cancel your plan, or ask us to export or delete your data by writing to contact@shakeapp.today. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor them.
Security
We use encrypted connections, encrypt sensitive tokens, and limit who can access data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
Children
Shake Outreach is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users.
