Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Shakeapp Inc. ("we", "us") for using Shake Outreach at myleads.shakeapp.today. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Shake Outreach for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.

The service

Shake Outreach reads a website you give it, suggests the types of customers who are likely to buy, writes outreach emails, finds publicly listed business contacts, finds public posts from people looking for what you sell, and can send emails from your own Gmail when you ask it to. AI-written content and lead data can contain mistakes; review everything before you send it.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.

Credits, plans and payments

• New accounts get free trial credit. Trial credit has no cash value and can change or end.
• Paid plans (Starter, Growth and Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes monthly credit for leads. Unused credit does not carry over to the next month.
• Upgrades take effect right away and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• You can cancel anytime from Credits & plans. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we decide to make an exception.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Sending email responsibly

You are the sender of every email you send through Shake Outreach, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and your recipients, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and local anti-spam rules. In particular, you agree to:

• send only honest, relevant messages about your real business, with accurate sender details;
• respect opt-out requests promptly (Shake Outreach adds an opt-out line to each email);
• not send spam, scams, phishing, malware, or anything illegal, harassing or misleading;
• follow Google's and Gmail's rules, including their sending limits.

We may limit daily sending, pause features or close accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Shake Outreach: no attempts to break or overload it, get around limits or payments, access other people's accounts, resell the service without our permission, or use results to stalk, discriminate against or harm anyone.

Your content and results

You keep ownership of what you give us and of the emails we write for you. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. Lead data comes from public sources; we do not guarantee it is complete, current or accurate, and it may be subject to the rules of its original sources.

Our service

Shake Outreach, its design, software and brand belong to Shakeapp Inc. We keep improving the service and may change or stop features. If we stop the service entirely, we will give paid customers reasonable notice.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will produce a certain number of replies, meetings or sales.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Shakeapp Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Shake Outreach and delete your account anytime by writing to us. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by nature should continue (such as payments owed, liability limits and responsibility for emails you sent) survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
